Natural Remedies For Cramps Salve:

  • 1 cup organic olive oil
  • 1/4 oz black haw bark
  • 1/2 oz yarrow
  • 1/4 oz lavender
  • 1/2 oz beeswax
  • 1/4 tsp vitamin E
  • Ginger essential oil
  • Marjoram essential oil
  • Camomile essential oil
  • Peppermint essential oil
  • Salve tins, jars or container

Cold Infusion Preparation:

  1. Grind the black haw bark, yarrow and lavender into a fine powder.
  2. Fill a container that you can close with 1 cup organic olive oil.
  3. Place your herb powder mix into container with oil.
  4. Let sit for 1-4 weeks giving it a good shake once a day.

Instructions:


  1. Fill pot halfway with water and place glass measuring bowl inside the pot.
  2. Turn heat on medium low.
  3. Strain cold infusion oil through a cheesecloth or coffee filter into a clean bowl.
  4. Add oil to measuring bowl you have been warming.
  5. Add the beeswax and let melt.
  6. To test consistency, place a small amount on wax paper and place in freezer for a few minutes. Add more beeswax if not firm enough or oil if too firm.
  7. Remove from heat when you have a favorable consistency.
  8. Make sure your salve is still warm enough to work with, but cool enough it will not burn you before completing the following steps.
  9. Add vitamin E
  10. Add 6 Drops Camomile Essential Oil
  11. Add 6 Drop Ginger Essential Oil
  12. Add 3 Drops Marjoram Essential Oil
  13. Add 2 Drops Peppermint Essential Oil
  14. Mix well.
  15. Pour into tins or jars or any long term container while product is still warm.
  16. Once cool lid your container and enjoy as needed
